My thanks

My thanks to all those who made us so welcome, organised such a splendid event. I also pass on Rogers thanks as well.
We started the week by landing in Santander, driving across the Pyranees in Rain, fog, and hail/snow ,and being completely wet through, to the brilliant hot sun of Dourdan.
The week ended by thunder storms and heavy rain at the rally, so hoping for a dry run back to Caen on Sunday morning. That also ended with both of us soaking wet, having to stop for shelter as the rain was so hard, roads were flooded, and I had to end up changing all my cloths as the side of the road as my waterproofs sadly did not live up to their name, just seemed to collect water and end up running down my trouser legs.
Roger and myself covered approx 2000 kms each for our week away, the only problem was a failed battery which was soon fixed by a new replacement.
Again my thanks for a splendid week end.
Hoping to see all of you again next year.
Henry
